The feeling of depression and frustation.

You don’t know when it started or when it will gonna hit you but the moment you felt it,you can’t come out of it.

Hello guys, this is something which is very common among us but evil for every one of us.I am going to talk about the feeling of depression and frustation which makes us weak to face the problems and reduce the ability to work against it.You dont’t know when it grow up deep inside you and comes up with hurting the nearby people and you too.Depression and frustation shows the evil state of mind of you in which you can’t control yourself i.e. you loose the ability to make right decision at that particular moment which at last result in heavy catastrophe.

State of Mind at that time it hits you..

No matter how your mood is? It always appears when the expected thing doesn’t happen or it happens in the way you don’t want. You might be thinking expectations are cause of this type of feeling that is not it.Expectations are not the cause for these feelings but over thinking and over cautious about the expected thing can be.Obviously, expectations are the human tendency and one can’t stop expecting things because its the imagination and the part of execution of a plan.

What makes you to born this type of feeling deep inside you?

Well, its the every negative factor such as anger, irritation, over thinking and over cautious etc.Just think once how it effect your nearby environment when you show your anger to your loved person for just a simple mistake done by them and in return you harm yourself and your dear ones.Irritation causes anger i.e. the which irritates you are the things which makes uh angry.Over thinking and over cautious makes you weak from inside to face the problems and reduce the ability to work against it.

How to get rid of these feelings?

First of all it can’t be fully destroy neither we can hide. Its a feeling which can appear at any time but the thing which you can do to reduce it is to introspect yourself and work on your weakness.Introspection is the best way to understand yourself.Just don’t be over cautious and don’t over think.Try to face every difficulties and learn to work against it.Distract yourself from every negative things around you.Learn to be happy with things you have got and spread your love to the deserved person.

Thank you for reading.Hope you liked it and find it helpful. Please do share it to your friends and family.

Why are most of us Engineers?

    So here’s a story,

I was texting in an anonymous chat app with an 18-year-old guy from Canada. The talk was general before it shifted to personal lives. Apparently, he is a business owner, running his small business, earning enough to support himself.

And when it was my turn to answer, he pretty much guessed what I do. Engineering——> Mechanical. Guess how he knew? ” About 70-80 percentage of Indians he talked to were Engineers.

Now that put me into thinking, why do we actually take up Engineering? Is it because we are really interested in Engineering?

The answer might be ‘no’ in most cases In my case, it was a big ‘NO‘.

Now, why do we follow engineering?

There are a bunch of reasons for this. Peer pressure, opportunity hoax, following the trend etc.

    But, I believe, the most

One aspect of education system every student can relate to.

The answer might be ‘no’ in most cases In my case, it was a big ‘NO’.

Now, why do we follow engineering?

There are a bunch of reasons for this. Peer pressure, opportunity hoax, following the trend etc.

But, I believe, the most common and subtle reason behind this is lack of knowledge!

When I was 17 and had to choose the field that I am supposed to follow for the rest of my life, I honestly did not know. I did not know how engineering was, I did not know what engineering had, I did not know what the other choices were that a 17-year-old had to follow his career, I did not know what my passion, strength, and weaknesses were.

I believe many students out there agree at my point. We freaking do not know what we are doing or what we were supposed to do!

    And the reason?

Its shared. Parents, ourselves, teachers, school, society, the aunts IIT graduate. We are not taught about careers in school. The significance is only for the two granddad streams, medical and engineering. What about that kid who was an excellent guitar player? What about that girl who was as melodious as a nightingale? What about that guy who could bicycle kick a football?

Dreams are crushed in the pretext of building a better future. As Madhavan says in 3 idiots movie, what is the use if one is not happy?

And why is it that most are confused with their passions? Because we were not allowed to follow them. Passions sprout the best in childhood. If the blossom is stripped, how can a flower bloom?  The bundles of IIT-JEE books starting from 8th standard did not let out creativity to bloom, for our passion to sprout.

    Solution?

I believe students should be free to follow their own passion. Everyone is different. Nurturing the talents should be the main interest of schools rather than inducing something.

When a flower blooms, the entire environment brightens!

CogniGenius: 5 Kinds of Artificial Intelligence, dominating the modern world of advanced technologies….

Fancy of artificial intelligence is no longer just an imagination. The sapiens have already created something so powerful and sophisticated that can successfully imitate numerous functions of human brain. The fascinating quest of seeking innovative methods in order to develop such gigantic electro-mechanical hulks itself tells a compelling odyssey from Artificial Intelligence in early 1950’s to the current and futuristic Pseudo Wisdom…

In fact, the fleeting bursts of Eureka moments which had driven the earlier computer-wizards are now gradually converting into a more subtle expedition. The journey which started from the invention of digital computers is growing to develop an artificial system which can replicate all the 22 billion neurons and 220 trillion synapses of Human Cortex with the aid of Artificial Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms and Deep Learning.

Here, I’ve listed a few such projects which have been proven to be the milestones in the history of AI development:

    1. IBM WATSON:   < https://www.ibm.com/watson

(HIGHLIGHTS –>  Watson competed on JEOPARDY [a quiz show] in 2011, against former winners “Brad Rutter” and “Ken Jennings” winning the first place prize of $ 1 Million …)

If Cognitive Computing be a religion, Watson is the God! Watson is among those rare machines which can process natural languages so smoothly as if it were a human. It can analyse & interpret unstructured data in the form of texts, images, audios and videos. Watson was developed in IBM’s DeepQA Project by a research team led by David Ferrucci, specifically to answer questions on the quiz show “JEOPARDY”.

But, Watson is much more than that. It’s currently utilizing Machine Learning to grow the subject matter expertise in various applications and systems. Watson is available as a set of open API’s and SAAS products, which can be used for personalized analysis & recommendations.

(Fun –> You can open Watson API for “Natural Language Understanding” from its homepage. Here, you can paste any piece of texts or a URL and Watson will analyse it on the basis of ‘Sentiments’, ‘Emotion’, ‘Keywords’, etc.)

    2.  Google Deepmind:   < https://deepmind.com >

(HIGHLIGHTS –> “AlphaGO” is a computer program, developed by “Google Deepmind” in London in October 2015 that plays the Chinese board game “GO”. AlphaGo became the first Computer Program to beat a human professional Go player without handicaps when it first beat “Lee Sedol” in a five-game match in March 2016…)

Deepmind is a product of “DEEPMIND TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED” – a British Artificial Intelligence Company, currently monitored by Alphabet Inc. Deepmind has created a Neural Network that learns how to play video games in a manner similar to that of humans.

Deepmind uses a Neural Turing Machine- a Neural Network that is capable of accessing an external memory like a Conventional Turing Machine which results in a computer that mimics the short-term memory of the human brain.

Deepmind is currently working to develop programs which possess an internal “IMAGINATION ENCODER”, helping them undertake deliberate reasoning. Researchers are also striving to instigate an enthralling project in order to modify the learning rule so that a program can remember old tasks when learning a new one. It’s a huge step towards enabling Continual Learning in Neural Networks.

    3.  Pepper:  < www.aldebaran.com/en/a-robots/who-is-pepper >

(HIGHLIGHTS –> Pepper is the world’s first emotionally intelligent robot. Remember the good old days of comics and television-series where some cute little household robots used to steal your heart; well they are slightly becoming a living reality…)

Pepper is a humanoid developed by “Aldebaran Robotics and SoftBank”. It is designed to be a genuine day-to-day companion, with the exciting feature of reading emotions by analyzing expressions and voice tones.

This cute creature is much more than a robot. It’s your personal companion who can learn to dance, play and even chat in other languages. You can personalize Pepper by using Software Applications that take your fancy, based on your mood, location an occasion.

    4. Siri:  < https://www.apple.com/ios/siri >

(Highlights –> Siri is a personal assistant that uses voice queries and a natural language interface to respond to queries, make recommendations and perform specific tasks as per your request. Siri is the best of its kind in that it’s programmed to adapt to the habits of its users. It learns your behaviour over time and personalizes its responses optimizing the search results…)

Siri is a spin-off from a project originally developed by the “SRI INTERNATIONAL AI CENTER”. Its speech recognition engine is provided by “NUANCE COMMUNICATIONS”.

Siri uses Advanced Machine Learning technologies. If you have any IOS version from “iOS 5” / “macOS Sierra” onward or if you own any version of “watchOS” or “tvOS”, all you have to do  is say ‘Hey, Siri’ and watch the wonder of artificial intelligence.  Whether it be basic phone and text actions, checking basic information, scheduling events and reminders, handling device settings, navigation or search the internet, Siri knows how to please its users.

If you don’t use Apple’s products, don’t worry you got other similar options …Google’s Assistant, Amazon’s Alexa, Microsoft’s Cortana are at your service too. Now, you can experience the power of Cognitive Computing at your fingertips.

    Welcome to the future folks!

    5.  Tesla:

Elon Musk’s Tesla has been a sensation among the AI lovers. It specializes in “Electric Cars”, “Lithium-Ion Battery Energy Storage” and “Solar Panels” through their “SolarCity” subsidiary. Currently it’s working on its own self-driving AI chip with AMD.

Tesla turned worldwide heads towards itself after the production of “Roadster” – its first mass produced Electric Sports Car in 2008; ever since Tesla has provided excellent services to its drivers.

Tesla also builds powertrain components for electrical vehicles from other automakers. “Smart ED2”, “RAV4 EV”, and “Freightliner’s Custom Chassis Electric Van” are some fine examples.

Watching the latest researches in Artificial Intelligence sometimes can be an odd experience. On the one hand, you know that you are looking at cutting-edge experimentation, that will probably (eventually!) mesmerize the revolutionary world of technology, but on the other hand, what you are actually looking at is just unavoidably funny and entertaining.

If you are not much interested in the technical details and just want to feel the beauty of Cognitive Science, you can visit this Google-website for fun experiences without coding:

    https://experiments.withgoogle.com/ai

Main attractions on this website are “Teachable Machine” which lets you teach a machine using your camera- live in the browser and “Giorgio Cam” which uses image recognition technologies to label what it sees in the picture you take with it. Giorgio Cam also turns those labels into lyrics of a song.

What? Are you expecting more text..?? You slugger! Now go and explore the wonderland on your own…

We tried the cheese burst maggi dosa and it was an instant hit for us! The crispy dosa is layered withcreamy maggi and loaded with oodles of melting cheese. If heaven was food, it definitely would bethis dosa!

    REVIEWS

The place is really worth going . They have a variety of dosa and pastas. Their famed dishes are the cheeseburst dosa , 5 cheese pastas and they have a new edition to their cheeseburst dosa that is the Maggie cheese burst dosa . They are very crowded almost every day . It’s a small place but it’s worth every penny . One cheeseburst dosa is enough for two of them . And the best part they make their own cheese and the reason things taste so good . A dosa might cost you around 200-250 but it’s all worth it . They even have other items like pizza sabdwiches. This place is worth every penny . A must on a foodie’s list and paradise for cheese lovers.

If you love dosas, this is one place you must definitely visit.Coming to the food, the ‘cheese burst dosa’ & ‘Maggie dosa’ are amazing. The sight of these dosas served with generous amount of cheese will make you all the more hungry. They taste good and come in with good portions. Value for money! The place is small, so in peak hours you will have some waiting to do, but it’s completely worth it. As I had to wait for 20mins, me and my friends tried their pani puri which too was good. All the dosa lovers out there, do try this place.

    Expectations from a 25+ Indian!

Being happy isn’t the benchmark of good life anymore.

Having the capability to venture into new ideas and making one’s own path doesn’t count much in the Indian society with predefined “ideal career choices”.

Each one has their own definition of “success” these days, which is fine by all means. But is it right to measure the success of others by your own definition?

Oh you turned 26? When are you marrying.

Oh you are in IT industry? How many  onsite visits have you made.

Oh you have been working since four years? Where is your bike/car.

Oh you are thinking of marrying? Do you own a house.

Which company do you work in? Haven’t heard that company. Why don’t you try for Infosys or Accenture.

Yes, it is grammatically incorrect to put fullstop after sentences starting with wh-clause , instead of a question mark.

Why did I put it then?

Because that is what it actually is 😃.

These are not actual questions. You would be thoroughly judged to answer these in negative.

The person who is “asking” us these question is just trying to make a point that we do not fit into his/her definition of “ideal life”.

But do we, the army of 25 and above, really care?

Well, this is just as difficult to answer.

We try our best. We work for what we believe in and make ourselves successful at our own norms. We fight for our own decisions and stand tall.  Yes, we don’t care for the judgements of society.

But only to a certain extent.

There is one limitation to almost every “rebellion” thrown by a 25 plus out there and it doesn’t matter if one is financially independent or not.  That is his/her family.

If our family sees eye to eye with us, if they understand us and we understand them, then we are the luckiest and everything is right with the world. Nobody cares a bit about what the society says.

But if otherwise, then with the course of time most of us tend to get our “rebel self”(aka our heart) in check to have harmonious and happy relations with our family.

Is this right or wrong? The answer very much depends on whether this makes one happier in long run.

Either we try our best to reason and convince them, or we learn to deal with it peacefully.

The only way to gradually make things right in the Indian society is by taking a lesson and making a point to not push it to our future generation.

The future depends on your decisions. 🙂 Start taking the right ones starting today.

A band uses Facebook Live Video Delay to sync different instruments!

A band called The Academic came up with a innovate first-of-its-kind Facebook Live performance where they used Facebook Live Video delay to create a looping music. How did they manage to do this in one live take blows my mind.

    How It Worked?

Facebook Live Video has a delay before reaching out to it’s audience. The band played their live video streaming in the background which was at a delay of few seconds. Each member played their looping part and it would sync with the Facebook Live Video in the background. As each instrument synced, the final output was a complete song.

5 Efficient Tinder Tips ! Because deep down you know you want them 😀

Alright! Throughout the course of time I have been asked tinder tip questions from my guy friends.

They either ask it directly, or make me answer a set of questions which when consolidated gives them an idea about how women think.

Do you ever wonder what is it that a woman sees in your profile before deciding to swipe left or right? Do you ever wonder why some of your friends have a lot more “matching rate” than you??

If your answer is No (which I highly  doubt it will be 😋, no offence!) then kindly skip this and jump to next article.

If it’s yes, then what a better way to find it out right here from a girl who’s ready to share!

    1. You wana look right? Keep your shades aside!

There are a lot of profiles I swipe left just for the reason that I can’t see their eyes!  No matter how many handsome pictures you put up with your Aviators, a girl needs to see it in your eyes before she swipes right.

    2. ‎Yes we read your Bio!

Bio descriptions are pre-indicators of how the conversation will go ahead if we match.

Put up a fun , simple, creative or even intriguing descriptions to make sure a girl will swipe right!

No description is a turn off.

If you don’t want to write much about you, simply point out what your likings and interests are. That always works 🙂

    3. Everyone enjoys a mix up

When selecting pictures , always mix it up! Every picture should show a different aspect of you.

Never put two pictures from the same location or same pose.

Put up some genuine pictures from the trip you had, mix it up with a normal picture of you and then again with that picture when you are chilling out with friends , maybe one with someone’s pet that you love to play with.

It’s not always about asthetics.Give these girls a reason to swipe you right and ask you questions about the pictures.

    4. Ditch that “Looking for Friends” line

Do you really think girls will buy that? Everybody knows why you are here. Tinder is a Dating App. If you are genuinely looking for friendship , try Facebook or Instagram.

Yea I know SRK has once said-“Pyar dosti Hai” .

But come on! You can come up with something more interesting than just “looking for friends”.

I understand it’s a hard game out there but really! Don’t friendzone yourself already 😉

    5. Connect your Instagram! Make your distance and age visible

If you have an Instagram profile , don’t be reluctant to connect it on Tinder! We like to see what we are about to go through when we swipe right and get a match😀

Who knows what picture will make that girl want to know more about you .It’s a big sea out there full of fishes, maybe this is your chance to stand out!

There! That’s enough for a good start. Make these simple changes and You are all set!

Bonus: when you get a match, always try to start with something fun rather than just a ‘hi’ . 😀 Break the ice . Try some new opening lines. Either she will be impressed or she will have a good laugh. 😊 You win both ways.

    Enjoy tindering!

When the power of Love will overcome the love of power, only then will the world know about PEACE!

They say, “Learn from our elders.”

But dont you think it’s the “elders” in our world who are taking each others lives, each others happiness, committing mistakes, seeking REVENGE?

And these little angels, they’re the only humans left, who still wish good for the others. They themselves have lost their loved ones and been through a lot but nothing has stopped them from “Giving and expecting nothing in return but a blessing..”

It’s us who are greedy and want to keep our things to ourselves.

But its these children who teach us what a great human being actually is!

I pray for the day when the children of Syria and Palestine wake up to the sound of birds and not bombs. 🙂

    TOPICS TO DISCUSS WITH TEENAGERS.

Teenagers need love and support from parents at a time when lots of other things in their lives are changing. You can keep your relationship with your teenage child strong through ordinary, everyday activities.

    1. Relationships

Perhaps one of the most challenging topics to discuss with anyone, particularly teens, is relationships. Relationships come in several sizes — personal, friendships, professional, sexual, spiritual and emotional. How teens handle these relationships can boost or damage oneself, sometimes over time or instantaneously.2. Respect of self and othersThis is a topic that parents should begin teaching their children from a very young age.

    2. Respect of self and others

This is a topic that parents should begin teaching their children from a very young age. Part of respecting oneself and others also hinges on understanding that you are the puppeteer of your own life. Letting people take advantage of you will not help you grow and progress. Part of any parental conversation has to hinge on helping teens understand who they are and why and that differences in others are mere differences. Seeing people for who they are and not being judgmental about them can enhance respect for self and for others.

    3. Learning

Very few things are more important than helping your teens understand that learning, not just education, is important. As young people enter their teens, the questions emerge from all sides: What are you going to do when you grow up? Where are you going to college? What will you be studying? And a host of others. During the teen years is the time to explore options. Many junior and high schools are connecting with local community colleges and universities to develop “pathways,” a year-by-year plan to help young people become better prepared for when they enter college.

    4. Financial habits

The world is in need of definite financial literacy. Parents can truly help their teens by instilling in them good financial literacy skills and habits. Talking to teens early about good financial habits will save them a ton of headaches later in their lives. In fact, it’s never too early to begin talking financial management with your children. Start with a savings account when they are young and suggest that they save at least 50 percent or more of any earnings or money gifts they receive. Part of financial literacy is teaching teens the value of money. When they hit the teen years (maybe even before) take them to the bank and have your banker talk about accounts — savings, checking, etc. Putting young people on budgets is a good thing. Many youth begin early, earning or receiving some type of money, and they need direction. By teaching teens about the challenges with credit and the value of paying for things with cash and making payment on time will only strengthen their financial management.

While the judge’s counsel is 55 years old, it is still judicious and wise counsel for parents to teach their teens. Often, it is necessary to be firm and bold but not overbearing. Both parents’ and children’s lives would be so much easier if they decide early in a child’s life the most appropriate teachings and standards for their children and then stick with them. Granted, they can seek help from family, friends, teachers, clergy, etc. But, in the end, parents have the ultimate responsibility of teaching their children.
